1:1 Coaching With Sophia
Sophia has been involved in teaching and ministry leadership training for over 12 years, with a focus on Mind Renewal for the past 4 years. Her passion is seeing women’s lives transformed by guiding them into the perfect plan God has for them. She offers coaching sessions in mind renewal, walking individuals through the fundamentals of abiding in Christ and applying His Word in daily life. Dedicated to helping others find their true identity in Christ, Sophia supports clients in areas like overcoming food idolatry, healing from trauma, fear, depression, and emotional wounds, and is committed to walking alongside them as they experience victory and true freedom in Christ.
1:1 Coaching Pastor Matthew
Matthew is a ordained Pastor and works with individuals for healing, prayer, deliverance and breaking free of strongholds. He has been a minister for over 15 years.

The Inner Circle
The Inner Circle is an exclusive group coaching community for women focused on mind renewal. Members participate in monthly group coaching sessions and teachings, engaging in activities that strengthen and encourage growth in Christ. This supportive environment is designed to help members journey together toward God's transformation, offering a space for mutual encouragement and spiritual growth. Sessions are via Facebook Live & Zoom Workshops.
